Google Business Profile help means getting your profile claimed, verified, accurate and kept current, so the business people see on Google Maps matches the business you actually run. I'm Bryce Elliot. I set up and clean up profiles for businesses across Canada, and I manage them month to month as part of local SEO. A one-time cleanup is $80 an hour. Ongoing management is part of local SEO, from $750 a month plus $1,000 setup.

Read the retail case studyYour profile is often the first thing people see when they search for what you do nearby. It shows your hours, phone number, photos and reviews before anyone reaches your website. A complete, accurate profile makes you easy to choose.
Map results lean heavily on how close the searcher is, how well your profile matches the search, and how well known your business is. I can make the profile accurate and complete. I can't change distance, and nobody can promise a position in the map results, so be careful with anyone who does.
Most of the basics you can do yourself in an afternoon. My Google Business Profile guide covers setup and verification, and the map ranking checklist lists what to fill in. If you'd rather hand it off, or the profile is stuck on the wrong town or locked in someone else's account, that's where I come in.
A profile works best when it links to a website that answers the next question. That's why ongoing profile work sits inside local SEO, alongside service pages, listings and a monthly report.
For businesses whose services are hard to find or poorly explained online. SEO and AI-search work share the same foundations: useful pages, crawlable content, accurate business information, and relevant evidence. AI-search visibility is included in the SEO scope, rather than sold as a guaranteed placement.

No one can promise that. Map results depend heavily on where the searcher is, how well your profile matches the search, and how well known your business is. I make your profile accurate, complete and consistent with your website, which is the part you control.
Usually it comes from the address on the profile, the service area settings, or where Google has placed your pin. I check those settings and correct what is wrong at the source. Some changes go through Google's review, so they can take a few days to show.
If customers don't visit you, Google's guidelines say to hide the address and set a service area instead. If you have a storefront or office where you serve customers in person, keep the address visible.
No. I don't ask for, buy or write reviews, and I won't do it on your behalf. Reviews should come from your customers on their own. I can help you reply well to the reviews you do get.
No. You stay the owner of the profile, and I'm added as a manager. You can remove my access at any time.
The discovery call is free and takes thirty minutes. I'll look at your profile with you, tell you what I'd fix first, and whether a one-time cleanup is enough.
