Kelowna Flooring Superstore.

I rebuilt their site, ran their SEO until they ranked on the first page of Google, took over the social, and grew their reviews. Site, search, and social, all handled by one person.

Full service, ongoing

The brief.

A showroom full of product, and not enough people walking in to see it. The old site did not show the range, did not rank, and gave a shopper no reason to pick them over the big-box stores down the road. They did not want a website. They wanted the whole thing handled: a site that sells the showroom, the rankings to get found, and the marketing to stay found.

What I did.

  • 01Rebuilt the site from scratch. Product-led, fast on a phone, and pointed at one job: get a flooring shopper to book an estimate or walk into the showroom.
  • 02Ran the local SEO until they ranked on the first page of Google for the searches that bring buyers. That is where people click. Page two may as well not exist.
  • 03Wrote the structure into the code so Google and the AI answers read them as the flooring store in Kelowna, not one of a dozen names.
  • 04Took over the social the last few months. Steady posts, so the page looks alive when a shopper checks it, and they always check it before they drive over.
  • 05Built up his Google reviews. When two flooring stores look the same, the one with more recent reviews gets the visit. Every time.
  • 06Sorted the whole strategy so the site, the search, the social, and the reviews pull the same direction instead of being five things that ignore each other.

The results.

Page oneon Google for local flooring search
Steadystream of new 5-star reviews
“Found you online”what his customers keep telling him

No vanity numbers here. The proof is what the owner keeps hearing at the counter: people telling him they found the place through the website and through Google. That is the marketing doing the introductions before anyone walks in.
