Real estate website design / Canada

Real estate websites for realtors.

A realtor website should give buyers listings and local context, and give sellers their own way to start, usually a home valuation request. I'm Bryce Elliot. I build custom-coded real estate websites for agents and teams across Canada, working remotely from Lake Country, BC. Websites are $1,500 to $4,900, and larger custom builds start at $6,500.

Tyler Dumaine website by Elliot Digital

Tyler Dumaine

A website for a Lake Country REALTOR® with Sotheby's International Realty Canada. Property listings and pages, guides to four Lake Country communities, Tyler's introduction and his team, and separate contact and home-valuation paths for buyers and sellers. I also manage his SEO and marketing strategy.

Who this is for

Individual agents and small teams who want a site of their own instead of a brokerage profile, agents building a name in a particular town or neighbourhood, and anyone whose current site looks like every other agent's in the office. Sellers choose an agent they trust, and buyers want to understand an area before they ask about a house. The site should help with both.

What a real estate website includes

Listings and property pages
Property listings with prices, photos and a page for each property. If you want an IDX or MLS feed, listing alerts or a CRM connection, what is possible depends on your board and brokerage rules, so I scope it separately and put any third-party fees in the quote.
Community guides
Pages for the neighbourhoods and towns you sell in, so buyers can compare areas before they get in touch. Tyler's site has guides for Winfield, Oyama, Okanagan Centre and Carr's Landing.
A separate path for sellers
Buyers and sellers want different things. Sellers get their own starting point, usually a home-valuation request that comes straight to you, instead of having to dig through listings to find a contact form.
Your name first
Your introduction, your team and your brokerage, presented the way your brokerage requires. The site is built around you and the areas you know, not a template every other agent in your office also has.
Photography that leads
Property photos are the first thing visitors see, sized so they load fast on a phone and stay sharp on a large screen. Listing photos come from you. A professional photo or film shoot is available and quoted separately.
Search foundations
Clear titles, descriptions, internal links and structured data, with community and property pages that give search a specific local focus. Ongoing SEO is a separate plan if you want it. I manage Tyler's SEO and marketing strategy.

A website with one clear job.

For a business launching, replacing an outdated site, or making enquiries easier. We agree on the pages, features, copywriting, and two rounds of consolidated design revisions before work starts. A business site usually takes three to six weeks once content and access are ready; integrations and larger builds are scoped separately.

Pricing
Websites are $1,500 to $4,900. Larger custom builds start at $6,500. Care plans are optional at $79 to $249 a month, or you can host it yourself.
What we need from you
Your services, brand assets, existing domain access, and approved photos. Client photos, Bryce’s iPhone photography, or a quoted professional shoot are all options.
How we review the work
We check mobile layouts, forms, accessibility, and loading behaviour before launch. After launch, inquiries and bookings matter more than a test score. You own the paid-for site and can choose a care plan or your own hosting.

Compare the scope, not the price

A lower quote can leave work out. A higher one can include work you don’t need. Compare what each one actually delivers, then decide.

Common questions

  • Websites are $1,500 to $4,900. Larger custom builds start at $6,500. Care plans are optional at $79 to $249 a month. CAD, plus applicable GST/HST. Your written quote lists the pages, forms and any listing feed or third-party costs before work starts.

  • It depends on your board, your brokerage and the feed provider, and those usually carry their own rules and fees. Tyler Dumaine’s site has property listings with prices, photos and individual property pages. If you need a live feed, I check what your board allows and scope it separately in the quote.

  • You can keep the brokerage page. Your own site gives you room for community guides, your own introduction and a seller path, and it stays yours if you change brokerages. If the brokerage page already does what you need, I will tell you that on the call.

  • Yes. I am based in Lake Country, BC, and I work with agents and teams across Canada remotely, with calls, screen shares and design reviews online.

  • The seller fills in a short form about the property and the request comes to you, so you can follow up with your own valuation. Tyler Dumaine’s site gives sellers this as a separate starting point from the buyer pages.

  • Community guides and property pages give search engines something specific to show for local searches, and the build includes the search foundations. Rankings depend on competition and ongoing work, so I do not promise positions. Ongoing SEO is $750 to $1,900 a month plus $1,000 setup.
