Clinic website design / Canada

Websites for clinics and practitioners.

A clinic website should help someone pick the right treatment, the right location and the right practitioner, then book without phoning first to ask. I'm Bryce Elliot. I build custom-coded websites for physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and medical clinics across Canada, in person at my Lake Country, BC office or remotely. Websites are $1,500 to $4,900, and larger custom builds start at $6,500.

A clinic website I built.

Back in Health website by Elliot Digital

Back in Health

Two Kelowna clinics offering massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology and acupuncture. A page for every treatment, a page for each clinic, a profile for every practitioner, a treatment finder, and Book buttons that open the clinic's existing booking for the right location. I also handle their local SEO and social media.

Who this is for

Physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics, massage therapy practices, multidisciplinary and medical clinics, and practitioners opening a clinic of their own. It fits best when you offer several treatments, have more than one practitioner or location, and already use an online booking system. Most new patients look you up before they book, and the site should answer what they need to know.

What a clinic website needs

A page for each treatment
People search for the treatment, not the clinic name. Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and the rest each get a page that explains what it is, what people often book it for, and the common questions. On Back in Health, each treatment page also shows a starting price, and massage styles such as prenatal and sports massage have pages of their own.
A page for each location
If you have more than one clinic, each gets its own page with the address, hours, parking, access notes and phone number, and the site says plainly which treatments are offered where. Back in Health has two Kelowna clinics that do not offer the same treatments, so this mattered.
Practitioner pages
A profile page for each practitioner, with the treatments they offer and the clinic they work from. The Back in Health team page filters by clinic, by treatment and by who is accepting new patients.
Help for people who are not sure what to book
A short treatment finder asks what is bothering someone and the kind of care they prefer, then suggests where to start. A comparison page can set treatments side by side. Your team approves the wording before anything goes live.
Booking through your existing system
Every Book button opens the online booking system you already use, for the right clinic and the right treatment where your system allows it. Phone numbers stay one tap away for people who would rather call. Direct billing and insurance questions get their own page, because they come up before the booking.
Patient information stays in your systems
The website is the front door, not the chart. Booking, intake forms and patient records stay in the clinic software you already use, which is built and governed for that. I do not build systems that collect or store health information, and the site's own contact form is for general questions only.
Local search built in
Area pages for the neighbourhoods and towns your patients come from, explaining which clinic is closest and how to get there, plus structured data that describes your clinics, treatments and practitioners to search engines.

A website with one clear job.

For a business launching, replacing an outdated site, or making enquiries easier. We agree on the pages, features, copywriting, and two rounds of consolidated design revisions before work starts. A business site usually takes three to six weeks once content and access are ready; integrations and larger builds are scoped separately.

Pricing
Websites are $1,500 to $4,900. Larger custom builds start at $6,500. Care plans are optional at $79 to $249 a month, or you can host it yourself.
What we need from you
Your services, brand assets, existing domain access, and approved photos. Client photos, Bryce’s iPhone photography, or a quoted professional shoot are all options.
How we review the work
We check mobile layouts, forms, accessibility, and loading behaviour before launch. After launch, inquiries and bookings matter more than a test score. You own the paid-for site and can choose a care plan or your own hosting.

Compare the scope, not the price

A lower quote can leave work out. A higher one can include work you don’t need. Compare what each one actually delivers, then decide.

Common questions

  • Websites are $1,500 to $4,900. Larger custom builds, such as several locations with many treatment and practitioner pages, start at $6,500. Care plans are optional at $79 to $249 a month. CAD, plus applicable GST/HST. Your written quote lists the pages and features before work starts.

  • Yes. The Book buttons open your clinic's existing online booking system, for the right location and treatment where your system supports it. I connect what you already use rather than building a new booking system, so your schedule, intake and reminders keep working the way they do now.

  • No. The website links out to your own booking and intake system, and patient information stays there. I do not build patient-record or health-data systems. If you need a form that collects health details, that belongs in your clinic software, not on the marketing site.

  • Yes. The structure is the same idea for each: a page per treatment, a page per location, practitioner profiles and an easy path to booking. Back in Health, a two-clinic practice offering massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology and acupuncture, is an example.

  • Yes. My office is in Lake Country, BC, where clients meet me by appointment. I also work with clinics anywhere in Canada remotely, with calls, screen shares and design reviews online. Photos are decided per project: your own, photos I take on my phone when I can get there, or a professional photo or film shoot quoted separately.

  • Treatment, location and area pages give search engines something specific to match against what people search for, and the build includes the search foundations. Rankings depend on competition and ongoing work, so I do not promise positions. Ongoing SEO is $750 to $1,900 a month plus $1,000 setup.
