Back in Health
A website for two Kelowna clinics offering massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology and acupuncture. Built so each treatment and each clinic has a page people can find, and every page leads to a booking.

Back in Health runs two clinics in Kelowna, one in Glenmore and one on Kirschner Road, and not every treatment is offered at both. I built a site where each treatment, each clinic and each practitioner has its own page, and every booking button goes to the right clinic. I also handle their local SEO and social media.

The brief
Back in Health has a large team across two clinics, and the clinics do not offer the same things. Massage therapy is at both. Acupuncture is at Glenmore. Physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology and shockwave therapy are at Kirschner Road. A new patient does not know that, and a site that hides it sends people to the wrong door. The job was to make the choice simple: which treatment, which clinic, which practitioner, then book. Search mattered just as much. People look for a treatment and a part of town, so the site needed pages that match the way they search.
How I built it
- 01A page for every treatment. Massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture and shockwave therapy each have their own page with a starting price, what people often book it for, and the common questions answered. Massage styles such as deep tissue, prenatal, sports and lymphatic drainage have pages of their own too.
- 02Two clinics, two clinic pages. Glenmore and Kirschner Road each have an address, hours, parking, access notes and their own phone number. The site says plainly which treatments are offered at which clinic. The Glenmore page also says it is up a flight of stairs and points people to Kirschner for step-free access.
- 03Help for people who are not sure what to book. A short finder on the homepage asks what is bothering you and the kind of care you prefer, then suggests a starting point. A comparison page sets the treatments side by side with the clinic, starting price and team size.
- 04A team people can search. Every practitioner has a profile page. The team page filters by clinic, by treatment, and by who is accepting new patients, so a first visit and a returning client both reach the right person quickly.
- 05Booking that goes where the clinic already books. Every Book button opens the clinic’s existing online booking for the right location, and both clinic phone numbers are one tap away. Direct billing, ICBC and insurance have their own page, because those questions come before the booking.
- 06Local search built into the structure. Area pages for Lake Country, West Kelowna, Rutland, the Mission and other nearby areas explain which clinic is closest and how to get there. Clinic, treatment and practitioner pages carry structured data that describes the clinics and their services to search engines.

The outcome
Someone in Kelowna can search for a treatment, land on that treatment’s page, see which clinic offers it, pick a practitioner and book, without phoning first to ask. The front desk still answers the phone, and the site makes calling easy too.
I also run their social media, and the homepage shows recent Instagram posts, so the site stays as current as the clinics are. These are features of the work. I am not publishing a traffic or booking increase without measured results.
From the brief to the finished website
See the decisions in use
- Help people choose a treatment
- Treatment pages, a comparison page, and a short finder suggest where to start.
See the treatment comparison - Send each booking to the right clinic
- Each clinic has its own page, hours, phone number, and online booking link.

Project scope: the website, local SEO, and social media. The review counts on the clinic website are the clinic’s own Google reviews, not results I am claiming.
