Affordable Web Design in Kelowna: What You Can Get for $1,500

What a lower-budget website should still include, where the savings come from, and what cheap quotes usually leave out.

Short answer

For $1,500 with Elliot Digital you get a custom landing page: one focused page built for one offer, fast on a phone, with a clear way to call or book. A full business site is $3,900 to $4,900. You can keep the cost down by starting with one page, writing your own copy, using your own phone photos, and adding features later. Watch for cheap quotes that skip mobile testing, search setup, or leave the domain in someone else’s name.

Affordable shouldn’t mean a site that doesn’t work. Plenty of Kelowna businesses need something good without spending five figures, and that’s doable if the scope is honest about what you’re getting. Here’s what a lower budget can buy, where the savings come from, and what to check before you pay.

What $1,500 gets you with me

A custom landing page: one page built around one offer or service. It loads fast on a phone, explains what you do and where, shows real proof like photos of your work, and makes it easy to call, text or book. It’s set up so Google can read it, and the domain stays in your name. For a lot of new or small businesses, one strong page does more than five weak ones.

Where the savings come from

Start with one page and add more once it’s bringing in work. Write your own copy, or give me notes in your own words and I’ll shape them. Use photos from your phone of real jobs instead of a paid shoot. Skip features you don’t need yet, like online payments or a booking system. Each of those can be added later without starting over.

What cheap quotes often leave out

Check the quote for these before you sign. Is it tested on phones, not just a desktop screen? Is the basic search setup included, like page titles, descriptions and a sitemap? Who registers the domain, and in whose name? Is there a monthly fee to keep the site online, and what happens if you stop paying it? Are the copy and photos included or extra? A low price that leaves these out usually costs more later.

When to spend more

If you offer several services, serve several towns, or want to show up on Google for more than your own name, a full business site with a page per service is usually worth it. That runs $3,900 to $4,900 with me. Stores start at $6,500. I explain what moves a website price in how much a website costs in Kelowna.
