Herauf Modular.
A hand-coded website for a modular construction company shipping homes and buildings across Western Canada. Built to make a national operation feel as solid as what it delivers, and to feed the Google Ads that fill the pipeline.

The brief.
Herauf builds homes and commercial buildings in a factory and delivers them ready to use, often in half the time of site-built and around twenty percent less cost. That is a serious operation at a national scale, and the web presence needed to carry that weight. The site had to do three things at once: make the modular advantage obvious in seconds, make a big operation feel trustworthy and established, and turn paid traffic into real project enquiries.
How I built it.
- 01A full-screen, photo-led hero that puts the work first. Real buildings, shot on location, not stock or renders. The first thing you feel is scale and quality.
- 02Hand-coded, not a page builder. The site loads fast on a phone, where most of the traffic lands, and the structure is clean enough for Google and AI answers to read exactly what Herauf does and where.
- 03Copy built around the one question every buyer has: why modular? The speed, the cost, and the climate engineering, answered in plain language above the fold.
- 04Built as a Google Ads landing page from the start. A clear path to enquiry, a fast load, and a message that matches the ads, so the paid budget converts instead of leaking.
- 05Room to grow. Products, locations, results, and references are all structured so the site scales with the company instead of getting rebuilt every year.

The outcome.
The site finally matches the operation behind it: fast, professional, and built to be found. It gives the sales team a credible first impression to point every lead at, and it gives the Google Ads campaigns a destination built to convert rather than bounce. As the domain and its content mature, that same clean structure is what positions Herauf to surface in search and AI answers for modular construction across Western Canada.
