Team Drywall
A website for a Kelowna drywall contractor that works across BC and Alberta. Built so people can see the work, find their kind of job and ask for a quote, with the phone number always in reach.

Team Drywall is a Kelowna drywall contractor doing residential and commercial installs, taping and finishing, ceilings and repairs across the Okanagan, BC and Alberta. I built their website with every service laid out, a page for the areas they cover, their own project photos and a quote form that asks for the scope of the job. I also handle their social media and ads.

The brief
Team Drywall has been hanging and finishing drywall out of Kelowna since 1990, and the work ranges from a small patch in a hallway to a commercial build-out. The people asking for quotes are just as mixed: homeowners, builders, general contractors and property managers. The site had to look as sharp as a Level 5 finish, make each kind of job easy to find, and turn a visit into either a phone call or a quote request with enough detail to price from. It also had to show up for searches across the Okanagan, not only in Kelowna.
How I built it
One page that covers every kind of drywall job.
Residential, commercial, taping and finishing, repairs and ceiling systems each get their own section on the services page, with a short list of what is included and a quote button that fits that job. A homeowner with a water-damaged ceiling and a general contractor planning a fit-out both find their work without digging.
Answers to the questions people ask before they call.
The services page ends with plain answers about finish levels, texture matching, emergency repairs, payment, insurance and how long a job usually takes. Those answers are also marked up for search, so Google can read them as questions and answers.
A quote form that asks for the scope.
The form asks for the project type, the location and the details, so the first call can be about the job. Each request goes straight to the company inbox, and the form strips out anything that could be used to send spam through it.
The phone number never out of reach.
The number sits in the top bar on every page, a Call Now button stays on screen while people scroll, and every section ends with a quote button. Calling is the fastest way to reach the crew, so nobody should have to hunt for the number.
Work and reviews people can check.
The Our Work page shows Team Drywall’s own project photos, sorted into residential, commercial, finishing, ceilings and repairs. The testimonials page shows their Google reviews with a link to read them on Google, so nothing on the site has to be taken on trust.
A service area page that matches where the crew goes.
Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Penticton and the South Okanagan each have a section listing the neighbourhoods and nearby towns, and Alberta has its own for larger jobs. The same areas are set out in the business details search engines read.

The outcome
Someone who needs drywall work can see real jobs, find their kind of project, check the areas the crew covers and either call or send a request in one visit. A quote request arrives with the project type, the location and the details already written down.
The website gives the social posts and ads somewhere solid to send people. These are features of the work. I am not publishing a traffic or lead increase without measured results.
From the brief to the finished website
See the decisions in use
- Show the work by type of job
- The Our Work page sorts the crew’s own project photos into residential, commercial, finishing, ceilings and repairs.
See the project photos - Ask for the scope up front
- The quote form asks for the project type, location and details, and explains what happens next.

Project scope: the website, social media, and ads. Project photos and Google reviews on the site are Team Drywall’s own, and no leads or sales figures are claimed.
