Rich Results.
Search results that show stars, FAQs, hours, or images directly — instead of just a blue link.
Rich results (sometimes called "rich snippets") are the visually enhanced search listings that include extra content: review stars, FAQ accordions, recipe ratings, event dates, business hours, product prices.
They're powered by schema markup. If your site has FAQPage schema with valid Question/Answer entries, Google will sometimes display two or three of those questions as clickable expandos right inside the search result. That's twice the screen real estate of a plain listing — and twice the click rate.
You can preview your eligibility at search.google.com/test/rich-results. If the test passes but you're not seeing rich results in the wild, give it 2-4 weeks — Google chooses when to display them based on query.
